At the heart of my work is a relational, psychodynamic approach to therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a transformative force in the growth process. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC in TX #89959, LPC in IL #178.016321), I blend modern neurobiology with holistic somatic healing, psychodynamic techniques, and body-based practices to foster a deep, experiential awakening on physical, psychological, and emotional levels.

My approach is somatic-centered, meaning I see the body as a storyteller—its sensations and movements reveal the narratives of our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. I work with clients to help them recognize where their personal stories might invite in more love, healing, and understanding.

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology, as well as a BA in International Affairs from Florida State University. My experience spans multiple contexts and cultures, having worked with individuals from around the world. I completed a year-long internship with Seattle Therapy Alliance (now MEND), an organization committed to anti-oppressive and liberatory therapy for women and couples.

In my own work, I am deeply committed to understanding how the body processes trauma and stress. This ongoing study includes training in Movement for Trauma (with Jane Clapp), Internal Family Systems, and Yoga and Meditation (through Solstice Yoga Center in Oaxaca, Mexico, and Practice Yoga Austin).

Outside of my practice, I love spending time near water, traveling, and enjoying good food and company with friends and family. I also run a body-positive photography business, where I help clients navigate body shame and embrace their sexuality—an experience that profoundly informs my therapeutic work. Currently, I’m exploring the role of psychedelics in healing and transformation.

My approach is warm, playful, and deeply connected. I look forward to helping you unravel deeply ingrained patterns and discover a vibrant new way of relating to yourself and your life.
